AURANAGABAD:-
Aurangabad is a city which is named by the Mughal’s King
Aurangzeb. Aurangabad is also known as “The City of Darwajas (Gates)”.
Aurangabad is one of the fastest developing City in Maharashtra. This city is
located in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. This city is the centre of
education, offices, picnic spots, and a capital of Marathwada. This is also a
mode of attraction in Maharashtra.
Many of the students from the various districts of
Marathwada come here to secure their Education and get well qualified. There
are 52 gates (Historical) in Aurangabad. Some of them are Kat-Kat gate, Roshan
gate, Baramulla gate, Bhadkal gate, Delhi gate, and many more. There are also

ELLORA CAVES:- The
Buddhist religion have contributed many things to make this world beautiful and
healthy. This is one of the Buddhist contribution to the Maharashtra which had
its significance in all over the world. This is an UNESCO World Heritage site
in the Aurangabad district. This is one of the largest rocK-cut Cave in the
world. This features Buddhist, Jain and Hindu monuments and artworks from the
period 600-1000 CE.
GHRISHNESHWAR TEMPLE:- It is situated in the Aurangabad
district of Maharashtra and is a point of attraction for tourist coming from
the world. This is one of the devoted temple by the people of Hindu religion.
Most of the peoples say that this temple is built with only one big rock which
is cutted from top to bottom to make this Beautiful place. This Temple has an
unique significance in history as this temple has created from the Top to Base.
The people comes to visit this temple are mostly from Maharashtra, Karnataka,
Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and other neighbour states.
MHAISMAL:- Mhaismal situated at a of 20 to 30 kms from the city and which is a popular hill
station of Maharashtra. It gives a scenic beauty and relaxes the mind of
visitor. There are 3 main point which makes attraction towards visitor. The top
point is known as umbrella point which gives a scenic beauty of the whole
district of Aurangabad.
H2O WATER-PARK:- It is situated at a distance of 15 to 20 kms from Ellora. It is one of most
popular water-park in Maharashtra. Many of the visitor from district like
Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed, Pune, and neighbour district comes here at every
Holiday. You can make a one-day trip to this water-park to get relax and can
put your time in the company of Nature.
DAULATABAD FORT:- This fort is located at a distance of
about 15 kms from the Aurangabad city. This is one of the ‘7 wonders of
Maharashtra’ which has its own great Historical significance. This fort is also
known as the “Deogiri Fort”. This fort
is fully covered with a greenery scene which makes attraction towards tourist
peoples.
BIBI-KA-MAQBARA:- Bibi ka Maqbara is one of the “7 wonders
of Maharashtra”. This tomb is located in the Aurangabad city(district) of
Maharashtra. This is also known as the Dakkhani Taj (Taj of Deccan) in
Maharashtra. This tomb is built by the Mughal King Aurangzeb in year 1660. Aurangzeb built this tomb in the memory of
his first wife Dilras Banu Begum.
BHADRA HANUMAN TEMPLE:- This temple is situated at a
distance of about 20 kms from the city. This is also had a great significance
in religious views. The people all over the Maharashtra comes here in the month
of Shravan( a Marathi month) on ever Saturday. People come here to wish the God
Hanumana to fulfil their wishes. This Temple is also one of the tourist
attraction in Maharashtra.
BODHA VIHAR:- A newly build Bodha Vihar(where
monks live) is also makes an attraction towards the people from other states
and country. It is situated at a distance of about 25 kms from Aurangabad. This
Bodha Vihar is built fully in Thailand and Japan Style which makes the local
people more proud and make attraction towards foreign peoples.
AURANGABAD CAVES:- This caves are situated near the Dr.
Babasaheb Ambedkar University in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. This Cave
are located at a height of about 50 to 100 meters high from the ground level.
The height of this cave makes a beautiful green scenic environment which
attracts tourist peoples. This caves are
divided into two parts. This caves are one of the well maintained and well
architecture in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra.
PANCHAKKI:- This place is situated in the main city of
Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. Panchakki is a water mill in the Aurangabad
city. Many peoples from various districts of Maharashtra come here to visit the
water mill which is a single in Marathwada region. This is also one of the
tourist attraction in Aurangabad.
